i insisted to chat with his supervisor he transferred my chat to his supervisor "SAM" SAM said you can't have two plans on one account so you have to upgrade to plus plan and lose a year from the Basic plan which i paid already or create another account with a new plan, i said you didn't mention that before i pay. after going through difficult time with them. I said confirm will run till 2022 and will run till 2021 he said ( you got that right ) i said great lets do it, i checked my expiry date of my both website hosting i found out that my plan will end in 2021 for both websites not for one, so they chopped of one year which i paid in 2019 for. so the agent said ok you will just pay £31 to upgrade to have to be running for one year. Today i wanted to have another website running, i chatted with a guy called Yuvaraj and he did offer me to pay more £134.78 on top of what i already paid and get 36 months "for example ", so i asked if i want to have only 12 months instead how much i will pay he said £31.29, i did agree so my plan was to have running till 2022 as i paid for original in 2019 and i wanted to be running till 2021, i did confirm that i don't want to change or destory my current plan which i already paid till 2022. I paid in 2019 for 36 months basic plan to to run a website we can give a name ''for example '' which will end in 2022. i have the chat transcripts and the invoices i paid so no one can say i am saying a lie.
I was served by a guy called "Yuvaraj" at the beginning and he passed me to this supervisor "SAM" as he claims because he did a terrible mistake by ruining my current plan. you can tell from the reviews over here how is the reputation of Bluehost. Please be patient and read my review and carefully check the amounts written and compare it so you know i was cheated.
